The breed was created by crossing several different breeds, including the German Pinscher, Rottweiler, and Weimaraner.

 Is a highly trainable and intelligent breed that excels in a variety of roles, including as a police and military dog, a therapy dog, and a companion.

They are also well-suited for obedience and agility training, and excel in these sports.
